• Collaborate with product owners and requesters to gather requirements and validate processes
• Document and distribute new or revised processes and procedures resulting from project efforts
• Analyze business problems and recommend solutions while documenting findings
• Create and implement solution designs and project plans that meet business needs
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and conduct user training sessions

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience, including 2+ years working with the Salesforce Platform
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and financial analysis
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
• Experience in Finance or Marketing
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Jira
