• Lead the global vision of quality assurance and test automation strategies.
• Work closely with Product Owners to define acceptance criteria and quality standards.
• Identify and prioritize critical business cases for test automation.
• Design and implement automated test frameworks using Java.
• Configure and maintain Jenkins pipelines for automated test execution.
• Technically own different testing modules, including design, development, and integration.
• Provide technical leadership to the QA automation team.
• Perform research and development to evaluate new testing technologies and communicate their value for the company.

• 5+ years of experience in QA Automation with Java.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration.
• Strong experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
• Expertise in Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines for test automation.
• Proven track record in developing and integrating automated testing solutions.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
• Skilled in conducting code reviews for test automation frameworks.
• Expert understanding of client requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses.
• Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision‑making, time estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning.
• Native Spanish level.
• Advanced level of English.
