AdPro 360, a hybrid agency operating out of Colorado Springs, CO, seeks a full‑time SEO & Web Specialist to drive client success through on‑page, technical, local, and content SEO, website management, and data analysis. The position offers a competitive salary of $56,500–$65,000 per year, comprehensive benefits, and the flexibility to work from home two days a week.

As a SEO & Web Specialist at AdPro 360, you will be the driving force behind our clients' digital success, ensuring robust SEO foundations and seamless backend execution. You will begin with non‑client‑facing support, then support SEO campaigns, manage website health, and execute email marketing for a portfolio that includes the Colorado State Fair and UCHealth.
Responsibilities- Execute on‑page and technical SEO for client websites.
- Manage on‑site Word Press sites: plugin updates, backup, troubleshooting.
- Plan and publish content, local SEO, and link building strategies.
- Analyze SEO performance using SE Ranking, Google Analytics 4, and other tools.
- Collaborate on email marketing campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives.
- Prepare report and data analysis for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Minimum two years of SEO experience in an agency setting.
- Minimum three years of Word Press website management: backend operations, plugin management, basic troubleshooting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Development, or related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in SEO tools: SE Ranking, Semrush, Ahrefs.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and certifications is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and graphic design using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication, integrity, curiosity, and ability to switch between technical and creative tasks.
