- Serve as the primary integration interface with client tax professionals
- Lead requirements sessions and formulate design documentation for integration solutions
- Analyze and deliver Ariba/Coupa integration implementations that meet client tax requirements
- Install and configure ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Integration for Ariba/Coupa
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance product solutions
- 5+ years of work experience, with at least 3 years in Ariba/Coupa ERP
- Higher Education Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Technical experience implementing Ariba and/or add-on solutions
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Ariba/Coupa systems
- Experience configuring transaction taxes and related master data within Ariba/Coupa
- Familiarity with integrating third-party enterprise tax products
- Knowledge of APIs, Webservices (SOAP & REST), and XML
- Ariba/Coupa Certification
- Financial work experience or related degree
