- Conduct online training sessions covering system functionality and best practices
- Collaborate closely with customers to ensure satisfaction and develop proficiency
- Document and track training activities and progress within the internal CRM
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required
- 4-year degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer training or support
- Proficiency with Microsoft O365 suite
- Experience with Salesforce, Service Now, Zen Desk, or similar tools preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Technology/SaaS experience preferred
- Experience leading presentations or classroom training for technology products
- Ability to coach and train diverse groups of people
- Passion for creating and sharing best practices
- Veterinary industry knowledge a plus
