• 3+ years of experience designing impactful blended learning experiences across various formats
• Strong technical skills with tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, or Captivate, and LMS platforms
• Ability to balance creativity with data and insights to build effective learning experiences
• Collaborative mindset with experience in cross-functional environments
• Strong adaptability and eagerness to innovate in learning design

• Experience with learning analytics dashboards that connect training initiatives to business results
• Familiarity with editing tools such as Camtasia or Audacity
• Strong storytelling skills to enhance learning engagement
• Proficiency in emerging technologies and AI applications in learning design
