In this role, you'll interact with a wide range of users across the company to understand processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement changes that enhance operational efficiency. You'll provide guidance on ERP and internally developed tools, follow established procedures, ensure timely responses, and maintain accountability through regular audits. Your attention to detail and proactive approach to process optimization will be essential to success in this role.

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing to ensure system functionality meets business requirements.
• Perform internal audits to maintain accountability and ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support bug reporting and ensure clear communication.

• 2+ years of experience in related positions.
• Experience with IT, processes, and UAT Testing.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Experience with SQL, dashboards, and KPIs.
