Job Summary
The primary responsibility of the JDA Support Analyst is to assist the Distribution Centers with daily shipment reconciliation. This position includes triaging service requests and support tickets, as well reviewing shipment line issues regarding pack stations, rack stoppage, and inventory reconciliation between the primary warehouse management system (JDA) and ERP (JDE). Additionally, the JDA Support Analyst is responsible for reviewing trace logs to identify root causes.

- Provides technical guidance to address client issues promptly.
- Designs and maintains efficient, reusable, and reliable MOCA code, DDA Screens, and integrations between Host and WMS system.
- Conducts technical analysis and feasibility assessments of customized code for seamless integration into new versions.
- Ensures optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identifies bottlenecks and bugs, and devises solutions to address these issues.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Develops, implements and configures JDA WMS solutions utilizing JDA WMS tools and technologies such as Java, PL/SQL, MOCA, C, C++, and Java script.
- Assists clients in achieving strategic business objectives through technology solution implementation.
- Provides technical guidance to address client issues promptly.
- Designs and maintains efficient, reusable, and reliable MOCA code, DDA Screens, and integrations between Host and WMS system.
- Conducts technical analysis and feasibility assessments of customized code for seamless integration into new versions.
- Ensures optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identifies bottlenecks and bugs, and devises solutions to address these issues.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in information science, data management, computer science or related field
- 6 – 8 years of experience with JDA configuration platform (2019 version and above), including MOCA, WMS RDB, DDA, and Integrator
- Possesses a basic understanding of warehouse processes
- Experience with Oracle performance analysis
- Experience with Jasper Report development and analysis
- Working knowledge of C, C++
- Exceptional proficiency in utilizing computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and other data analytical tools
- Experience working in a fast paced and high-volume work environment
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in an efficient manner
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box while adhering to best practice
- Proactive “self-starter” with a strong attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with employees on all levels, including executive leadership
- Experience implementing WMS
Consistent interaction with IT team members, management, and vendors.
Working Conditions and Physical DemandsThis position works in a professional office setting with high foot traffic. May work from a remote location (home office). Requires regular use of office equipment including computers, phones, and printers.
