Join Trust Lab as a Business Development Representative focused on AI Trust Solutions. This is a contractor position (part‑time 20‑30 hrs/week) with potential to transition to full‑time.

Our mission with Supervise
AI—a platform for monitoring, evaluating, and improving AI agents in production—is to make AI systems more predictable, trustworthy, and aligned with real‑world outcomes.
This is not a traditional BDR role. You’ll be one of the first go‑to‑market hires supporting Supervise
AI at a critical inflection point. Your work will directly shape:
- Which customers we build with
- How we position AI agent oversight as a category
- How the product evolves based on real customer signals
Work closely with the CEO, product, and engineering leadership to identify, engage, and secure 2–3 design‑partner customers.
What You’ll Own 🚀 Pipeline & Market Creation- Build top‑of‑funnel pipeline through outbound: cold outreach, warm intros, referrals, and ecosystem connections.
- Target senior stakeholders (VP+, Head of AI/ML, AI Platform, Product, Trust & Safety, Compliance).
- Develop compelling outreach that resonates with teams deploying AI agents and GenAI apps.
- Identify companies strong candidates for early Proof‑of‑Concept and design partnerships.
- Qualify prospects based on technical maturity, urgency, and feedback potential.
- Help structure early conversations that balance sales, discovery, and co‑creation.
- Act as a frontline signal‑gatherer for customer pain points, buying triggers, competitive alternatives, language that resonates or doesn’t.
- Synthesize insights back to product and leadership to refine ICP, messaging, and roadmap priorities.
- Partner with CEO and leadership to move high‑value prospects forward.
- Help prep conversations, demos, and follow‑ups for senior‑level meetings.
- Learn how early enterprise deals are shaped from first touch through design partnership.
- Maintain strong outreach velocity across email, Linked In, and calls.
- Own CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking, and experiment‑driven iteration on outreach strategies.
- Continuously refine sequences, targeting, and messaging based on performance data.
- 2+ years in business development, sales, partnerships, or similar customer‑facing role.
- Comfort operating in early‑stage environments where playbooks are still being written.
- Bias toward action, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Strong interest in AI agents, GenAI applications, and how real companies deploy them.
- Ability (or eagerness) to understand and explain technical concepts at a high level.
- Excited to help educate the market on a new category (AI agent oversight & evaluation).
- Clear, confident written and verbal communicator.
- Comfortable engaging senior technical and business leaders.
- Able to ask smart questions and guide discovery conversations.
- Fluent with Linked In, Google Workspace, and modern prospecting tools.
- Experience using outreach automation tools (e.g., Hey Reach, Apollo, Hub Spot).
- Highly organized and able to manage parallel outreach and follow‑ups.
