Position: ServiceNow Developer Public Trust (Remote) TR with Security Clearance
Description ICF's Digital Modernization Division is a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, technology department seeking aService Now Developer  to support a federal project. Our Digital Modernization Division is an information technology and management consulting department that offers integrated, strategic solutions to its public and private sector clients. ICF has the expertise, agility, and commitment to design, build, andoperatehigh-performance IT engines that support all aspects of our clients' businesses.

Location:

* Candidates residing within a 50-mile radius of Washington, DC, will be required to report onsite daily to a federal agency office in the DC area. Candidates who reside outside the 50-mile radius will be considered full-time remote and will not be required to report on site daily
* The Team:
The Application Development Sustainment Services(ADSS) team supports

Treasury Enterprise Application (EA) platform systems that are critical tothe successof the Department of the Treasury's ITmission. TheADSS program providescontractorsupport for both Operations and Maintenance (O&M) activities and Development and Modernization (DM&E) efforts. Position Description As an Associate Service Now Developer, you play a pivotal role in successfully deploying Service Now solutions for our clients. In this role, you willbe responsible forconfiguring, customizing, and implementing Service Now applications to meet specific client business requirements.

Your technical expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence will contribute significantly to the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients. Your responsibilities include:
* Solution Discovery & Design:

Work closely with Solutions Architects and Business Analysts to understand the business outcomes and functional requirements and how they align with Service Now solution designs.
* Technical Implementation:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Service Now solutions to align with the designedrequirements andmeet industry best practices.
* Data Migration:

Facilitatedata migration activities from legacy systems to Service Now, ensuring data accuracy and consistency during the transition. Validate that data is migrated to the most beneficial Service Now data structures,leveragingout-of-the-box data schemas before designing custom tables and fields.
* Integration Management:

Assistarchitects and senior developers in the integration of Service Now with other systems and applications to create seamless end-to-end processes.
* Technical Documentation:

Create detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, data schemas, and other technical decisions for future reference.

* Testing and Quality Assurance:

Conduct thorough testing of Service Now configurations tovalidatefunctionality, data integrity, and user experience. Address any issues and perform necessary adjustments to ensure the solution meets the desired outcomes.
* User Training:

Support end-user training to ensure smooth adoption of the implemented solution.
* Change Management:

Support change management efforts byassistingsenior developers, architects, and users during the transition period, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
* Incident and Problem Resolution:

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Service Now implementations. Collaborate with support teams to providetimelyresolution to incidents and problems.
* Security and Compliance:

Adhere to security best practices and ensure that implemented solutions meet relevant compliance requirements.
* Continuous Learning:

Stay updated on the latest Service Now features, enhancements, and best practices to enhance the quality of implementations andmaintainexpertiseinthe platform. Continue certification and trainingprocessesto meet practice standards and growth areas and contribute to the continued success of the team.
* Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with project managers, other implementation specialists, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project coordination and effective communication, including risks, issues, successes, and overall project status. Required Experiences and Certifications
* 4yearsor more of experience implementing Service Now solutions
* Service Now Mainlinecertification  with preference for Service Now Certified System Administrator.
* Must be able to obtain andmaintaina Public Trust clearance.
* US Citizenship is required(required by the federal government for this position).
* MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.) as this work is for a federal contract, and laws do apply. Valuable Skills for this Role
