Senior ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking an experienced Service Now Developer with a minimum of 6 years of hands‑on expertise on the Service Now platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in Scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Rest Integration, Service Portal, and UI Builder, with added advantage if certified application developer and experienced in CSM, Now Assist, and Agentic

AI implementations.

• Design, develop, and customize applications on the Service Now platform to meet business needs.
• Build and maintain Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Integration APIs.
• Develop and enhance Service Portal components, Catalog Items, Widgets, and Workflows.
• Utilize UI Builder to design and configure modern, scalable user interfaces.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support CSM (Customer Service Management) implementations with configuration, customization, and integration.
• Explore and implement Now Assist and Agent
  
  AI capabilities to improve automation, intelligence, and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, performance optimization, and platform best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues within Service Now applications.

• 6+ years of hands‑on development experience on the Service Now platform
• Strong expertise in Script Includes, Service Portal development, and UI Builder
• Proficiency in Service Now Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Angular
  
  JS, React for Service Now customizations
• Experience in ACL, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Reporting/Dashboards
• Ability to work in Agile / Scrum methodology
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with strong communication and collaboration abilities

• Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Implementation experience in Customer Service Management (CSM)
• Exposure to Now Assist (GenAI features) and Agentic
