Job Description: You will lead the transformation of the product’s foundational design architecture for a growing healthtech platform. This 3-4 month consultancy focused on design systems involves auditing current assets, redefining core foundations, and building modular components. You will play a pivotal role in reducing design debt and ensuring scalable, consistent delivery across the product ecosystem.

The ideal candidate:

• Extensive experience building and maintaining design systems for complex digital products using Figma and design tokens.
• Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to translate product goals into scalable component architectures.
• Proven ability to work in agile environments and define clear tactical execution plans for design system implementation.
