Description

ATM support role within the Consumer IT organization.

• Interfaces with ATM vendors and internal support teams in support of the ATM fleet.

• Supports scheduling and coordination of software deployments and validation.

• Production support and incident research/follow-up.

• Supports ATM test lab environment, coordinates with vendors, internal quality assurance team and software packaging and deployment teams.

• Support production availability and functioning of the ATM and ensure high performance and a great user experience

• Lead and drive continuous improvement opportunities

• Work with other IT teams to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience

  Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree

• 4 years of experience in IT

• 2 years of experience with End User Computing and Support

  Preferred Qualifications:

• ATM experience

• Microsoft Windows 10 experience

• Desktop imaging and deployment technologies

• Standard desktop, workstation & laptop hardware and software troubleshooting

• Strong technology troubleshooting skills

• Exhibits strong technical decision making

• Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills
