We’re looking for a Senior Backend Developer who thrives on building reliable systems and enjoys working on infrastructure and operations. This role combines backend development with Dev Ops/Infrastructure responsibilities, ensuring our systems are scalable, secure, and resilient.

While occasional remote work may be possible, this is predominantly an on‑site position at our modern and beautiful offices. We value in‑person collaboration and presence at the office.

• Design and maintain backend services using Go (with Python being a bonus).
• Implement containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Drive reliability engineering practices, including incident management and system monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure high availability and performance of the platform.
• Deploy and scale applications on Azure.

• 5+ years of backend development experience (Go preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Dev Ops principles and tools.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure.
• Familiarity with reliability engineering and incident response processes.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• A valid Norwegian residence permit or eligible to obtain one.
