Overview
The Senior Program Delivery Professional – IHWA Interoperability strategically identifies, develops, and implements programs that influence providers, members or market leadership toward value‑based relationships and improved quality metrics. This role drives seamless data integration and collaboration within the In‑Home Health and Wellbeing Assessment (IHWA) team and across interoperability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with leaders on implementation planning and communicate program results.
- Contribute to ongoing improvement of processes and automation.
- Influence departmental strategy and make independent decisions on moderately complex to complex technical matters.
- Work without direct supervision, determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
- Minimum three (3) years of IT project management or business process automation experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in interoperability or data integration within a healthcare or technology setting.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with demonstrated success in process improvement initiatives and process automation.
- Familiarity with various technology solutions and interest in exploring new innovations.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience managing and monitoring successful and impactful projects.
- Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Future‑oriented thinker with attention to detail and downstream impacts.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with EHR integration or usage.
- Experience with AI integration.
- Experience automating business processes.
- PMP certification a plus.
- Knowledge and experience in health care environment/managed care.
- Strong analytical skills.

Schedule8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday.
TravelOccasional onsite as business needs require.

Pay Range$86,300 – $118,700 per year.
