• Provide management with advice on complex technical and business issues through in-depth analysis

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, or equivalent experience
• Epic Certification within 90 days of hire date
• 4 or more years of Epic certification with build experience
• 7 or more years of build analyst experience in Epic or equivalent healthcare software
• Strong analytical skills and experience in troubleshooting complex issues

• Certifications in software applications, technology infrastructure, or clinical specializations
• Experience with Epic Cadence and Prelude
• Expertise in systems analysis and design for optimizing system configurations
• Ability to create clear and standardized workflow documentation
• Proven skills in stakeholder engagement and customer education
