• Lead Agile product teams in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) organization
• Conduct Agile SAFe ceremonies and events, ensuring team engagement and productivity
• Track and collect Agile metrics for program-level reporting
• Facilitate team velocity and proactively remove blockers to project progress
• Prepare briefings on product status for both employer and Government leadership

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Secret security clearance
• SAFe Scrum Master Certification is required
• Experience managing IT projects using Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment

• Experience with SAFe methodology
• Managerial experience in a project environment
• Familiarity with DoD contracting and acquisition processes
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools
• Experience supporting Government contracts
