We are seeking a skilled pharmacy procurement professional to join our team as a Trulla Analytics Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the successful utilization, adoption, and ongoing value realization of Trulla Analytics for our health system and IDN clients. This role serves as a subject matter expert on Trulla Analytics, working directly with clients to ensure they understand how to use the platform effectively, interpret insights, and translate analytics into operational and financial impact.
RequirementsResponsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Trulla Analytics, supporting clients in the effective use and interpretation of analytics and reporting
- Guide clients on best practices for utilizing Trulla Analytics to drive cost savings, utilization optimization, and performance improvement
- Deliver client training, enablement sessions, and ongoing education to promote adoption and sustained usage
- Respond to client questions and issues related to analytics, data interpretation, and platform functionality
- Proactively monitor client utilization and engagement, identifying opportunities to improve adoption and value realization
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams by providing client feedback, enhancement requests, and insight into common usage challenges
- Support data validation, reporting accuracy, and issue resolution in coordination with internal teams
Education and Experience Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in health system pharmacy operations, procurement, or supply chain management
Experience working with healthcare data or pharmacy/clinical analytics preferred - Knowledge of the 340B Drug Pricing Program
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Comfortable engaging with pharmacists, technicians, and pharmacy leadership
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain analytics to both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple client needs simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note, Teams, Outlook)
- Participate in annual performance reviews and goal setting.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance client experience and internal efficiency.
- Remote office
- Travel expected at least once per year for an onsite company meeting, with additional opportunities for onsite client meetings and industry conferences.
