Senior Anaplan Consultant

Systems Accountants is partnering with a leading consultancy to hire Anaplan Consultants at multiple levels. This is a remote position with a preference for candidates based in New York City or Toronto. Candidates must have industry experience in private equity, real estate, or financial services.

In this role, you will lead Anaplan implementations from design through deployment, working directly with clients to transform their planning, reporting, and analysis processes. You will manage model design and development, mentor junior team members, and drive high-quality outcomes across engagements. Projects will range from optimizing existing models to delivering brand new end-to-end implementations.

You will partner with clients to translate business requirements into scalable Anaplan models, managing all aspects of model design and build. This includes configuring and maintaining lists, modules, dashboards, actions, and other model settings while following Anaplan best practices. You will utilize the Anaplan Way methodology to plan and report on development statuses, conduct training for business users and team members, and provide ongoing support and administration of the Anaplan application.

Additionally, you will lead workshops, develop planning and forecasting strategies, and participate in full life-cycle implementations.

• Industry experience in private equity, real estate, or financial services required
• 4+ years of consulting or functional finance industry experience
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable Anaplan models
• Experience in managed services or greenfield Anaplan implementations
• Hands‑on experience with EPM‑related processes including FP&A, finance reporting, and analytics
• Anaplan Certified Model Builder Level 2 required
• Anaplan Solution Architect or Master Ana planner certification preferred
• Strong Excel proficiency
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

$160,000 to $250,000, commensurate with experience.
