AI Compliance Manager, Ignite Tech (Remote) – $100,000/year USD

Base pay: $50/hour ($100k/year). Remote, full‑time, contractor recorded with Crossover.

• Certification Audit Packages:
  Curated collections of verified evidence required for PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.
• Customer Security Responses:
  Customized answers to complex security inquiries.
• Governance Document Updates:
  Revisions to policies, procedures, or risk treatment plans.
• AI System Tuning Memos:
  Adjustments to AI operations that enhance performance or compliance precision.

• Maintain enterprise‑level compliance assurance through AI‑enhanced certification oversight.
• Oversee the reliability of an autonomous compliance platform, identifying areas needing AI guidance.
• Verify AI outputs against auditing standards and intervene when client confidence is at stake.
• Collaborate with AI engineering, compliance strategists, and product operations leadership.

• Minimum 3 years overseeing or directing certification audits.
• Proven experience managing SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS audits end‑to‑end.
• Verified experience evaluating sophisticated customer security questionnaires.
• Competence using GenAI tools to assess, produce, and refine compliance artifacts.
