Job DescriptionComputershare has an excellent opportunity to join our Global Information Security (GIS) team as a Global IAM Senior Analyst. The GIS team is responsible for driving the development, deployment, and management of information and cyber security across the Computershare businesses globally. Through partnerships with the business units, Technology Services, and other support functions, the GIS team actively supports the business objectives whilst reducing the overall composite risk to Computershare.
The IAM team provides governance that enables the right individuals to access the right resources at the right times for the right reasons. IAM analysts work alongside IAM Operations and IAM Access teams, and the wider GIS team to help develop and mature IAM capabilities for the whole of Computershare.
Role OverviewThe Global IAM Senior Analyst will take a key role in the team, accountable for the delivery of the IAM programme. This programme is part of the wider GIS strategy, aiming to develop our Access Management processes and technologies. These are maintained in line with the wider technology strategy while continuing to meet the requirements of the business, customers, and regulators.
This exciting role is in a global function and will involve working closely with security operations teams, governance teams, risk management, and wider technology stakeholders across EMEA, Oceania, and North America.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the annual plan to enable Identity and Access Management processes and technologies to keep pace with Global Security requirements.
- Identify and implement improvements to the existing IAM processes/systems working alongside the global technology functions.
- Work with the wider global business to promote understanding of Identity and Access Management processes and obligations.
- Assist in the management and/or monitoring of systems associated with IAM, PAM, SSO and MFA.
- Enforce IAM policies and support existing systems in accordance with standards, guidelines, and procedures.
As this is a senior role, you will possess and display excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information to internal and external customers in a clear, focused, and concise manner, ideally in a regulated organisation. You will be an independent thinker, proactive and self‑motivated with a focus on customer service.
Passing on knowledge to staff members via coaching, the ability to influence others (business and technology staff), and being able to modify approach to obtain co‑operation, commitment, and resolve conflict.
The Global IAM Senior Analyst will hold expertise in Information Security controls and testing principles (incl. Policies & Standards), have hands‑on experience with IAM tools & technologies, and be familiar with current trends in the IAM space.
Essential Skills- Prior exposure to Active Directory, Microsoft Entra , Microsoft Azure PIM, SSO & MFA is essential.
- Experience of process improvement and implementation.
- Ability to influence senior business and technology leadership.
- Be a self‑starter, be able to successfully prioritise and manage multiple complex tasks and work well under pressure with limited supervision.
- A decision maker, using own initiative when engaging with internal and external stakeholders in all areas of information security to drive a way forward.
- Engaging approach, when it comes to influencing internal stakeholders in all areas of technical and non‑technical information security.
- Adaptable to a flexible working model, such as attending conference calls, meetings outside of normal office hours, and occasionally travelling to other local and international Computershare locations.
