Senior Manager, Product Manager – Capital One Shopping (Remote‑Eligible)
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team in Capital One Shopping. If you have a remarkable ability to use data to tell a story, form a hypothesis and define metrics to identify the success of product initiatives – this is the role for you!

Requirements- 5+ years of experience working in Product Management.
- 5+ years experience with SQL.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R for handling large data files.
- Strong analytics and data‑backed strategy skills; ownership of KPIs and data‑driven decision making.
- Customer‑first mindset and ability to take a product from ideation to production and continual iteration.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams of software and data engineers to deliver data platform features.
- Ability to create and communicate a compelling vision and roadmap to senior leadership.
- Strong communication skills to build consensus and maintain healthy team culture.
- Results‑focused and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or related) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
- Proven interest and aptitude for AI; demonstrated use of AI in personal projects or professional work.
- Experience with AI‑driven development environments (e.g., Cursor, Git Hub Copilot) or building automations using AI agents.

Salary
:
New York, NY: $210,500 – $240,300;
Remote (Regardless of Location): $175,500 – $200,300;
McLean, VA: $193,000 – $220,300;
San Francisco, CA: $210,500 – $240,300. Additional performance‑based incentive compensation may be offered.
