Permanent Quilter have demand for an additional permanent Test Automation focused Test Specialist resource to join our Team.

As an Automation focused Test Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products within an Agile development environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and automate tests, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

* Participate in Agile Ceremonies:
Engage in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to understand user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Test Planning and Design:
Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
* Automated Testing:
Design, develop, and execute automated tests to validate software functionality.
* Defect Management:
Identify, log, and track software defects using defect tracking systems, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
* Continuous Integration:
Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous testing and feedback.

* Collaboration:

Work closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure and enhance quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
* Documentation:
Maintain Test Cases, Test Coverage, Test results and quality metrics within the Test Management Tool.
* Continuous Improvement:
Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies within the Agile framework.#

Qualifications:

*** Desired Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

* Experience:

Proven experience in software testing or quality assurance, particularly within an Agile environment.

Skills:

Proficiency in automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) and scripting languages (Primary C#).
* Agile Methodologies:
