• Support and maintain client environments across Windows, macOS, servers, and networking
• Resolve Level 2 technical issues involving workstations, servers, backups, and connectivity
• Administer Microsoft 365 including user access, permissions, and security settings
• Monitor and manage backups to ensure data integrity and recovery readiness
• Troubleshoot networking issues involving VLANs, routing, VPNs, and firewalls
• Follow existing documentation and contribute updates when improvements are needed
• Track work accurately in Connect Wise PSA and provide clear client communication
• Collaborate with teammates and assist Level 1 technicians when needed

• Strong Level 2 troubleshooting skills with consistent follow‑through
