Business Systems Analyst IV
Analyzes business procedures and recommends improvements to align systems and solutions with organizational goals. Collaborates with stakeholders to document requirements, identifies system issues, and partners with IT to implement and monitor solutions. Business analysis certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or IIBA's Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) are beneficial, as is familiarity with project management methodologies.

Home Office – New Albany, OH. Open to remote working in Eastern Time Zones.
The primary responsibility is to work within the AF Technology and business community to understand user and technical requirements, partnering with engineering and architecture teams for the implementation and support of new integrations. This role focuses on Marketing Technology, including Merkle, Adobe Analytics, Qualtrics, and One Trust.
- Coordinate technical bug fixes and enhancements across internal and external partners.
- Understand and articulate the impact of changes across Martech systems.
- Collaborate with other Scrum teams to identify dependencies.
- Provide production support for technical issues such as integration platforms.
- Debug data issues within Merkle CRM, Adobe Analytics, One Trust, and Qualtrics‑VOC.
- Team up with cross‑functional teams to ensure all business requirements are met.
- Manage user access within specific Martech platforms.
- Perform maintenance and support tasks.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Create and maintain documentation for internal processes.
- 4+ years of experience working with Marketing Technology in an IT Support or Analyst role.
- Understanding of data architecture and data integration.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment while meeting project deliverables on time.
- Strong communication, team collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent analytical, issue identification, and technical documentation abilities.
- Familiarity with debugging tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
- Experience with affiliate platforms, loyalty ratings, and reviews.
- Personal attributes: self‑starter, collaborative, curious, strong work ethic, highly motivated, team‑oriented.
Contract position based out of New Albany, OH. Fully remote.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
