Associate Director, Email & GTM Campaigns at Baires Dev

We operate at the frontier of technology and tactics for email and outbound marketing. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to deploy innovative experiments and work with very ambitious teammates from different disciplines. It's a unique opportunity to grow in a highly impactful team that drives over 8‑figure revenue each year.

• Optimize and execute GTM plays for outbound.
• Map the TAM and find new pipeline opportunities.
• Research data, trends, and new tactics to test.
• Build and refine prompt-based messaging at scale.
• Lead human + AI QA to reduce campaign errors.
• Document processes, playbooks, and new projects.

• Experience in B2B Marketing.
• Experience with Generative AI, including prompt engineering and LLM‑based systems.
• Experience with marketing automation and email marketing.
• Intermediate or advanced SQL skills.
• Experience working for US companies.
• Advanced level of English.
