SAP Basis Technical Project Manager

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers regarding SAP technology and cloud service delivery
• Partner with the Client Delivery Manager to manage service delivery expectations and maintain stakeholder cadence
• Lead technical discussions and coordinate with internal SAP delivery experts as needed
• Analyze customer technical requirements and drive issue resolutions by coordinating appropriate technical resources
• Guide customers on Business Continuity, Security, Compliance, and Network architecture to align with SAP standards

• U.S. Citizen only
• Minimum educational requirement:
  Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Management
• 4+ years of SAP Basis administration experience
• 4+ years of customer-facing SAP technical consulting experience
• 2+ years of technical project management for SAP operations or implementations

• SAP Net Weaver, OS/DB migration, or SAP HANA certifications
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• SAP HANA / S/4
  
  HANA experience
• Experience with cloud security (cybersecurity, encryption, key management)
