Senior Associate, Capital One Concierge, Delivery Lead - Velocity Black (Remote)

Velocity Black. We are a leading digital concierge that delivers travel, entertainment, shopping, and dining offerings to consumers globally. The Delivery Lead will partner with Product Managers, BAs, and cross‑functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and large‑scale rollouts.

• Remove blockers and move the program forward to deliver value for customers and the business.
• Develop and maintain delivery execution plans, track progress, risks, and keep product, tech, design, marketing, and partner teams aligned.
• Maintain dependency maps and coordinate timelines across teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, lead delivery prep meetings, and produce launch materials.
• Create and distribute status reports to Product & Tech leadership.
• Design documentation structures for onboarding, federation, and intent launch plans.
• Champion well‑managed processes for tech efforts and partner documentation.
• Support testing by working hands‑on with product & tech, owning testing documentation, and ensuring completion before launch.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent military experience.
• At least 2 years of project management, program management, or client‑facing consulting experience.

• 3+ years of project or program management or consulting experience.
• 2+ years in a horizontal delivery function.
• Experience centralizing information from many teams and creating delivery plans.
• Experience creating structured presentations and documentation.
• Proficiency with project‑management tools and techniques.
• PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification.

Remote (Regardless of Location): $86,000 - $98,200 for Sr. Project Manager

Remote salary range and benefits apply to this role. This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation.
