.The
** Product Manager II
** will own one or more Law Enforcement product feature(s) and lead project execution. Individuals in this role will immediately become part of a fast-paced, highly collaborative team environment that supports the development of innovative and creative product solutions. They will own product development plans and represent their feature(s) within the cross-functional team proposing new feature ideas that address a customer pain point or need based on their deep and firsthand understanding of the customer.
They will prioritize and communicate production customer issues and defects based on relevant data for timely resolution and also lead demonstrations to key stakeholders at program milestones.

Experience:
4-6 years
* Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.
* Familiarity with our Law Enforcement products (Accurint and Accurint TraX) is a plus.
* Education to Qualify:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical subject (Computer Science or Engineering discipline) is preferred, but not essential.
* US Citizenship is a requirement for this particular role Physical and/or logical access to criminal justice information is an essential function of this role. The successful candidate will be required to pass an enhanced criminal background check conducted by the Company’s state and local law enforcement partners conducted in compliance with the FBI’s Criminal Justice Information System (“CJIS”) security policy.
Employees in this role may also be subject to ongoing criminal background checks as required by the Company’s state and local law enforcement partners. Candidates and/or employees who are not certified by state and local law enforcement to access criminal justice information will not be able to perform the essential functions of this role.
