• Recommend improved materials to customers, demonstrating how changes can reduce costs and enhance performance.
• Engage with current and prospective customers to understand their needs and goals. Provide product demonstrations, answer technical questions, and clearly communicate the value proposition.
• Independently plan and manage territory coverage to ensure effective development and meet or exceed objectives.
• Serve as the voice of the customer by working closely with engineering teams to incorporate feedback, prioritize features, and help shape the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with internal technical staff and R&D to develop tailored solutions for each customer.

• Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering
• 6+ years of experience supporting Tier 1 customers in a technical support or field applications role.
• Local to the Bay Area (ideally) - and be able to work out of the HQ office
• Strong technical foundation with hands‑on experience or deep understanding of advanced material solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
