We’re seeking a Middle/Senior Account Manager to nurture and expand relationships with key clients across the U.S. This role requires a strategic mindset, a charismatic personality, and strong technical understanding of IT projects to ensure client success and growth.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring long‑term satisfaction and retention.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to drive account expansion.
• Act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into actionable delivery plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and quality project execution.
• Participate in quarterly trips to the U.S. for in‑person client meetings.

• 3+ years of experience in account management or client success roles within the tech or IT services sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; charismatic and confident with clients.
• Advanced English (written and spoken) – non‑negotiable.
• Strong technical understanding of IT projects and delivery processes.
• Valid U.S. visa and willingness to travel quarterly.
