• Collaborate with account executives to promote, design, and demonstrate the business value of cybersecurity solutions to customers
• Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer business requirements
• Facilitate customer engagement to transform prospects into loyal customers
• Address challenges during the sales process to ensure customer needs are met
• Represent customer feedback to inform Arctic Wolf's product and service offerings

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in a presales engineering or consulting capacity focused on security solutions
• 5+ years of experience supporting, delivering, or designing enterprise IT systems, with a focus on security systems
• Extensive technical knowledge in Networking, Security, Identity Management, Cloud Services, and Windows/Linux/Mac
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail

• Bachelor's Degree
• CISSP, GCIH, CISA, or CISM certification(s)
• Familiarity with
• Previous experience selling XaaS solutions (software, infrastructure, SOC/Security)
• Knowledge of Mac OS, Omnigraffle, and VMware Fusion
