Location: Rockville, MD. Hybrid role with 2-3 days in the office.

A Senior Salesforce Consultant should be able to work independently, document, and craft solutions with limited support from the development team. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with a strong desire to deepen their knowledge and expertise. They are self-starters and self-educators, proactive in identifying and filling skill gaps.

Responsibilities:

Provide business analysis consulting for enterprise projects across multiple phases and platforms.

Collaborate with the development team to craft innovative, complex solutions to address functional gaps.

Mentor and advise other consultant team members.

Offer insights and recommendations to company leadership.

Coordinate effectively and professionally with external client resources.

Maintain project methodologies and procedures across projects, platforms, and teams.

Understand data requirements and liaise with data analysts for data needs.

Work closely with project managers and development teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3+ years of business analysis experience in a consulting or professional services environment.

At least 3+ years of business analysis experience in technology or related projects.

At least 2 years of independently leading requirements gathering and analysis for related technologies.

Proven success in crafting solutions.

Salesforce implementation or administration experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Over 1 year of business analysis experience in the non-profit or association sector.

Experience with AMS or CRM platforms like Net Forum, Personify, Aptify, Impexium, MS Dynamics, etc.

Experience administering or extensively using Fonteva, Nimble AMS, or other Salesforce solutions for non-profits.

Background in finance and accounting or implementing related technology platforms.
