• Design, manage, analyze, and produce reports for large-scale tracking surveys
• Generate actionable insights for ongoing and prospective research initiatives
• Develop comprehensive research reports to inform stakeholders
• Effectively manage research projects within ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
• Prioritize and manage research in fast-changing environments

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience in user experience research, Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience coding with R, particularly using the Tidyverse package
• Experience in survey design and item development
• Proficiency in applying statistical analysis methods, including descriptive statistics, regressions, ANOVA, and t-tests
• Proficiency with Google Suite applications

• Experience with Python coding
• Hands‑on experience in primary research
• Familiarity with additional data analysis tools or software
