Cadence Application Analyst

• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of existing software applications
• Design, build, test, and support new applications and modules
• Collaborate with business owners, vendors, and team members to solve complex problems
• Focus on Decision Tree build for onboarding specialties to the Patient Call Center
• Assist with high-priority break-fix tickets and integration projects

• Cadence Certification with a minimum of 5 years' experience
• Experience with Cadence Decision Tree
• Proficiency in break-fix problem investigation and resolution
• Familiarity with Nova (Epic Upgrade) notes and new DEP Cadence build
• Experience in referrals and referral order build is highly preferred

• Detailed experience with Decision Tree building and maintenance
• Proven track record of working in environments that require complex problem-solving
