Alpha is growing quickly nationwide, and we've deployed modern enrollment technology. What we need now is the strategic systems expertise to maximize its capabilities through thoughtful integrations, streamlined automations, and reliable data pipelines.

No parent outreach. No family engagement duties. This is pure technical infrastructure and operational rigor. You'll architect the technology layer that drives admissions and enrollment operations campus‑wide, and equip teams with tools they can trust and navigate easily.

• Develop and sustain API connections linking enrollment, CRM, SIS, and reporting systems across numerous campuses.
• Create automation workflows that remove manual data handling and scale smoothly as campuses are added.
• Deliver training to admissions and registrar staff on system capabilities and produce detailed documentation to support uniform processes.
• Offer prompt technical assistance and convert user insights into practical system enhancements.

• 3+ years managing CRM or SIS platforms in admissions, enrollment, or registrar environments (e.g., Finalsite, Salesforce, School Admin, Hub Spot, or similar).
• Demonstrated experience developing and sustaining API‑based integrations or automation workflows.
• Solid data analysis and reconciliation capabilities.
• Background producing technical documentation and training personnel on system operations.
• Process optimization and troubleshooting abilities under pressure in operational settings.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to work remotely within the United States.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
