The Manager, Business Intelligence will oversee the Business Intelligence team in the optimization and modernization of the organization’s data through reporting and dashboards. The Manager is responsible for identifying process optimization and automation opportunities, implementing solutions that reduce manual efforts, resolving pain points, and improving member and employee experiences. The Manager will oversee, plan, and direct transformation efforts through continuous team member coaching and development to drive results.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage end-to-end enterprise level business processes i.e. conduct current state reviews, identify gaps and propose recommendations.
- Drive alignment and decision-making pertaining to strategic and transformation initiatives across the organization, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead enterprise level business process transformation initiatives with the proven ability to assess situations.
- Align and understand company goals and be adept at translating strategy into execution.
- Coach and manage team members and project leads to ensure system changes or enhancements while considering controls and standards during design and through implementation.
- Lead and manage a team, including setting performance goals, providing feedback, coaching, and overall performance.
- Responsible for hiring and training new employees.
- Responsible for presenting reports, updates, and recommendations to Stakeholders and Senior Leadership.
- Monitor and Control team tasks including but not limited to :
- Oversee data to understand:
- Volumes
- Trends
- Research requests
- Develop and maintain:
- Dashboards
- Reporting
- Resource Models
- SLAs
- Identify and establish governance of S3 data and tools
- Oversee data to understand:

- Influence, collaborate, and drive transformations across matrixed organizations.
- Create structured approach to projects and initiatives, while operating with speed and flexibility to deliver business impact on high priority projects.
- Organize and lead regular meetings, workshops, and forums to foster cross-functional collaboration and decision-making.
- Build a rapport along with consistent and balanced presence with stakeholders to understand and proactively mitigate risks and issues.
- Additional job-related projects and duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline such as Business, Information Systems, Accounting/Finance, Data Analytics, or Business Transformation is preferred.
- 5 years experience in Business analytics, understanding a variety of processes and using data to improve productivity in a streamlined manner.
- 5 years of project, process and/or people management experience.
- Proven track record in managing and championing change, and implementing large scale, global transformation.
- Expert in problem solving and analytical skills with complimentary written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Project, SharePoint.
- Ability to pivot on demand based on priority.
- Ability to identify and manage risks that may impact the organization, including financial, legal, and operational risks. They may be responsible for developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.
