We are looking for a data‑driven specialist responsible for tracking, analyzing, and interpreting user and system data to support product quality, conversion optimization, and better user experience across Brands.
Key Responsibilities- Track and identify issues using data from VWO, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, and backend systems.
- Compile and reconcile data from multiple sources to detect discrepancies and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Analyze user flow and behavior across all brands to pinpoint friction points, drop‑offs, or anomalies.
- Understand data patterns that can help improve the user journey, form hypotheses, and share actionable recommendations.
- Suggest enhancements to tracking setups, funnels, or site experience based on data trends and insights.
- Collaborate closely with QA, Dev, and Marketing teams to validate experiments (A/B tests, tracking changes, etc.) and interpret performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards summarizing key observations, findings, and improvement opportunities.
- Proficient in VWO, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, and backend analytics tools.
- Skilled in data compilation, reconciliation, and accuracy validation across multiple sources.
- Strong ability to analyze user behavior and identify friction points or anomalies.
- Experience forming data‑driven hypotheses and providing actionable recommendations.
- Knowledge of tracking setup optimization, funnel analysis, and UX improvement.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working with QA, Dev, and Marketing teams.
- Familiar with A/B testing, performance metrics, and experiment validation.
- Able to create clear reports and dashboards summarizing key insights.
- Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Working hours:
5am‑2pm CST - 20 days of annual leave.
