Overview

Join Network Coordinator team at The TJX Companies, Inc. Support all hardware and network functions across our Distribution Centers, Home Offices, and Material Handling Systems. The role ensures seamless operations, system uptime, and technical support for equipment and infrastructure.

US, Ashville, OH – 4077 Airbase Rd, Sierra 3PL Ashville Campus. Salary range: $20,350 – $27,450 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

• Support all hardware and network assets at the Distribution Center.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of system upgrades and equipment.
• Maintain hardware and network equipment, including servers, PCs, printers, phones, and RF networks.
• Monitor system backups, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate vendor support.
• Provide training to associates on PC applications and Material Handling System use.
• Collaborate with Systems Application Analyst and training team on server and system training.
• Assist Home Office Systems team with scheduled or unscheduled installation projects.

• Education: College degree in Business or IT related major (experience may be used in lieu of education). Technical systems training preferred.
• Experience: 0-1 years network experience required; experience in a Distribution Center environment preferred.
• Network experience, preferably in a Distribution Center environment.
• Ability to maintain, configure, install and troubleshoot hardware in an RF network environment.
• Familiarity with Distribution Center Material Handling equipment.
• PC literacy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including weekends and nights.
• Knowledge of networking, computer equipment, servers and required maintenance.
• Understanding of Data Center ticketing equipment and servers.
