Business System Analyst

KēSTA I.T. is actively seeking a Business System Analyst for an immediate contract engagement with our government client.
Work Location : This position is HYBRID.

• Requirements Analysis & Documentation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and system capabilities.
• Testing & Quality Assurance
• Develop, maintain, and execute test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts and coordinate with business users to validate solutions.
• Identify, document, and track defects; partner with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure testing processes comply with organizational standards and industry best practices.
• Leadership & Collaboration
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and quality assurance resources.
• Facilitate workshops, system walkthroughs, and review sessions with stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, including at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, integration, and UAT.
• Hands-on experience creating and executing test scripts.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
