• Lead complex, cross-functional analyses to inform strategic business decisions and product direction
• Own end-to-end analytical projects from problem definition through insight delivery and impact measurement
• Design and implement analytical frameworks, metrics, and dashboards for self-service insights
• Mentor data analysts on techniques, business acumen, and career growth
• Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for data-driven efficiency and business impact

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles delivering high-impact insights
• 1+ years in senior-level roles with leadership responsibilities
• Experience working with modern data stacks and cloud data warehouses (e.g., Big Query, Snowflake, Redshift)
• Expert in SQL and data analysis with strong proficiency in Python for statistical analysis

• Advanced experience with Looker or similar BI tools, including dashboard development and visualization best practices
• Knowledge of statistical methods, A/B testing, and causal inference
• Familiarity with predictive modeling, machine learning concepts, or advanced analytics
