Position: Senior Customer Success Engineer (Hybrid or Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure technical success
  • Assist in complicated investigations and implement small bug fixes to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Facilitate new customer implementations and device integrations
  • Investigate and document root causes of issues while planning technical solutions
  • Collaborate with the software engineering team to maintain high study-scoring throughput
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support or related technical roles
  • At least 3 years in a healthcare or healthcare‑adjacent position
  • Experience in programming with proficiency in one or more programming languages
  • Bachelor's degree with programming coursework or equivalent development bootcamp experience
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical users effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with APIs and assisting customers with escalations related to API issues
  • Project management experience; PMP certification is a bonus
  • Proven skills in triaging customer needs and communicating with Product Development teams
