Nth Generation Computing, Inc. is seeking an expert in wireless and wired networking solutions with current relevant certifications and senior level experience across multiple leading‑edge networking and datacenter technologies in midsize and large enterprise environments. This position is responsible for designing, developing, and integrating solutions, and providing ongoing support to Nth Generation’s clients, using the best tools, techniques, and products in resolution of the clients’ information technology issues.

The individual in this position provides timely internal and client‑facing documentation describing clients’ challenges, proposed solutions, configurations to produce formal quotes, necessary diagrams, statements of work, project work status reports, and daily billable time entry when applicable, as well as on‑site client consulting on projects from a Pre‑Sales perspective covering the following disciplines:

• Assessment and design of Wireless Networks (primarily HPE Aruba, Juniper, Extreme Networks, Fortinet, Ruckus and Cisco wireless solution knowledge required).
• Network design across LAN / SDN and WAN / SDWAN solutions (including routers, core / edge switches, wireless networks and data centers).
• Network design encompassing Firewalls / VPN / SSL / Load Balancers setup for disaster recovery, remote offices and Cloud / Hybrid environments.
• Strong product knowledge of HPE Aruba, Juniper, Extreme Networks and Cisco.
• Perform predictive and active site survey using Ekahau.
• Use IRIS tool to help create BOMs for HPE Aruba, Juniper, Extreme Networks, Ruckus and Cisco.
• Use Cisco CCW for estimates / quotes.
• Other disciplines may be required based on market trends.

As a Senior Networking Solutions Architect, the incumbent is required to maintain technical competence in the various Nth Generation solutions offerings and to ensure an excellent customer experience in the delivery and implementation of cutting‑edge technologies and has a broad base of knowledge and experience across multiple industries, products, and services. To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily, while always maintaining the Nth Corporate Culture (see Appendix

A). This position may require the individual to work at different times of the day, including nights and weekends, as needed, without prior notice. In this position, you will be expected to spend up to half or more of your time traveling to and from client sites or attending technical training sessions. This is a Salaried Exempt position.

• Networking Pre‑Sales Responsibilities – Provide subject matter expert support to Nth’s Sales team in the role of a formal Solution Architect for Nth solution offerings including Networking (HPE Aruba / Juniper, Extreme Networks, Fortinet, Arista, Silver Peak, Velo Cloud), Software Defined Networks, and Data Center technologies.
• Assess, design and architect Networking & Security strategy for client’s move to Private, Hybrid and Public Clouds.
