Middle Salesforce Administrator
to join our team and work on an enterprise-level project with a global presence.

• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Strong knowledge of
  Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
• Expertise in
  User Management and Security
  (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules)
• Experience with
  Process Automation
  (Flows, Process Builder)
• Strong skills in
  Reports & Dashboards
  (advanced configuration, data visualization)
• Proficiency in
  Data Management
  (Data Loader, import/export, deduplication)
• English level: at least
  Intermediate

Will be a plus:

• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, or Platform App Builder)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Experience with Git/VSCode

• Manage and configure Salesforce features, security settings, and customizations
• Monitor system performance and resolve performance-related issues
• Maintain environments (development, staging, sandbox) for smooth workflows
• Support production deployments and validate features in live environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime
• Manage Salesforce release updates and patches
• Provide helpdesk support to end-users and resolve requests efficiently
