• Triage and manage customer feedback to inform product strategy and prioritization
• Partner with Design and Product Management leadership to define and track metrics and project health
• Support product development lifecycle practices and operational reporting
• Enable and optimize tools and workflows to enhance team efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify and resolve operational challenges

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience, or 2+ years with an advanced degree
• Experience supporting organization-wide initiatives requiring critical thinking
• Developing ability to navigate ambiguity and structure evolving systems
• Emerging experience in critiquing and implementing operational workflows
• Analytical background preferred, with proficiency in using data for decision-making

• Experience in a technology-focused role or industry
• Familiarity with product management tools and practices
• Previous involvement in designing and facilitating workshops or training programs
