Currently, our partner company GOATS, a performance marketing agency with expertise in traffic arbitrage, is looking for a Facebook Media Buyer to scale one of the key directions.

• Strong team of business developers who build partnerships and monitor the market.
• Many years of experience of the founders in the field of traffic arbitrage and team building.
• Full-fledged back-office : creatives, tech support, recruiting, finance, accounts, SMM.

• Experience in Facebook buying from 1 year (iGaming is preferred).
• Understanding of key arbitrage metrics : CTR, CR, ROI, Reg-to-Dep.
• Proficiency with tools : trackers, anti-detect browsers, proxies.
• Ability to test hypotheses, analyze data, and scale campaigns.
• Systematic, responsible, and result-oriented.

• Launching and scaling Facebook ad campaigns (iGaming / gambling).
• Testing creatives and hypotheses, optimizing campaigns.
• Working with offers from different geographies :
  Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3.
• Analyzing statistics and making data-driven decisions.
• Interacting with Team Lead, creative, and technical teams.

• Experience working with budgets of $1000+ per day.
• Work in other verticals : nutra, e-com, sweeps.
• Understanding of unit economics and funnel optimization.

• Fully remote work format.
• Flexible schedule (synchronization with Kyiv time).
• Income : fixed rate + up to 50% of the profit (discussed individually).
• Direct contact with Team Lead and founders.
• Minimum bureaucracy maximum efficiency.
• Transparent motivation system and full access to infrastructure : offers, creatives, accounts, proxies, anti-detects, trackers, team support.
