SummaryThe Moore Group is seeking a Design Strategy Specialist to support our client Pfizer
. This person would support strategic design initiatives within Pfizer digital that align user needs, business goals, and innovation-maximizing value realization.
This role is highly collaborative to achieve project objectives and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage project plans that clearly scope and integrate design strategy and value insights activities from initiation through delivery.
- Lead end-to-end project phases, including framing, current-state assessment, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, insight synthesis, and future-state definition.
- Translate user research, usage metrics, and performance data into actionable value insights that improve user productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency.
- Provide strategic leadership across projects by guiding experience and process strategy, supporting business case development, and defining value measurement and evaluation approaches.
- Turn complex or urgent experience challenges ("burning platforms") into measurable usability and adoption success stories.
- Unify fragmented or inconsistent experience environments by defining cohesive design strategies, frameworks, and standards across applications and platforms.
- Translate insights and strategy into tangible design concepts, frameworks, and future-state proposals that inspire innovation and drive business impact.
- Design and facilitate stakeholder engagements that build shared understanding of complex systems, align cross‑functional teams, and enable strategic decision‑making.
- Plan and facilitate strategy and innovation workshops in in‑person, virtual, and hybrid settings.
- Apply multidisciplinary design expertise to define methodologies, establish best practices, and advance the Design Strategy and Value Insights capability.
- Leverage tools such as Miro and Figma to support collaboration, visualize workflows, and communicate complex ideas.
- Produce executive‑ready deliverables that clearly communicate strategy, insights, and recommendations.

- Internal consulting experience within large, complex, or matrixed organizations (e.g., enterprise UX, digital transformation, shared services, or center‑of‑excellence models)
- Degree preferred in Service Design, Interaction Design, Design Research, Cognitive Science, Architecture, UX/UI Design, or a related field
- Proven track record of converting user research and measurement data into actionable value insights with clear business outcomes
- Demonstrated leadership in guiding project and process strategy, business case development, and experience value measurement
- Experience integrating design into new teams or organizations, demonstrating UX ROI, and expanding design services across projects or portfolios
- Background in unifying fragmented experience environments across applications or platforms
- Real‑world experience integrating AI‑enabled capabilities into business processes and digital platforms
- Ability to share concrete examples demonstrating positive impact across a business application portfolio
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level storytelling
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment
- Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments
- Expert to above average proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Consulting background welcomed
