• Collaborate with a national Risk and Quality department on innovative projects

• Capture and document requirements to build custom health plan reports and educate users on their utilization
• Develop intervention strategy reporting and measure gap closure for Risk and Quality initiatives
• Create ad hoc reports to track HEDIS performance and supplemental data monitoring
• Analyze data sets for anomalies and trends using SQL, Power BI, and other analytical tools
• Collaborate with various internal departments on special projects and regulatory requests

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 1-3 years of experience in data mapping, profiling, and cleaning
• 1-3 years of experience in a Managed Care Organization with SQL and data design
• 1-3 years of experience using Microsoft T‑SQL, Databricks SQL, and Power BI
• Familiarity with HEDIS and Risk data

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Hadoop
• Experience with healthcare reporting analysis
• Knowledge of financial/performance management and utilization metrics
