User Experience Designer

This is a part‑time, fully remote contract opportunity to shape novel interfaces that empower doctors worldwide.

• Translate clinical flowcharts and complex medical information into interactive, user-friendly web-based decision systems
• Design and prototype state-based UI flows using Figma, ensuring clarity and usability for healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with engineers to implement responsive, mobile-first interfaces that function seamlessly across devices
• Integrate motion, audio, and video elements as learning aids to enhance user engagement and comprehension
• Apply best practices in interaction design, accessibility, and information architecture to support diverse user needs
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from medical experts and technical teams

• Proven experience designing interactive systems, games, or complex web applications
• Expertise in Figma for prototyping and UI design
• Strong understanding of state-based UI and user flow mapping
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex processes into intuitive digital experiences
• Familiarity with responsive web design and mobile-first principles
• Experience integrating multimedia (motion, audio, video) into user interfaces
• Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working alongside engineers and subject matter experts
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for digital health products is a plus
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to manage part‑time remote contract work
