We’re looking for a part‑time, senior‑level Microsoft 365 Copilot Engineer to provide expert‑level guidance to clients as they navigate the adoption and implementation of Copilot within their Microsoft 365 environments. In this advisory role you will step into client environments, evaluate current setups, recommend best practices, and assist with configuration, governance, and user enablement to maximize productivity while ensuring secure, compliant usage of AI‑powered features.

Remote work is available; however, the role requires occasional travel to the Milwaukee, WI area a few times a year.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Microsoft 365 Copilot across tools like Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Share Point
• Evaluate client environments and provide clear recommendations on Copilot readiness, configuration, and governance
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to shape Copilot rollout plans
• Support adoption efforts through training, documentation, and advisory sessions
• Stay current on Microsoft Copilot updates and AI best practices in the M365 ecosystem

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 engineering or administration
• Strong understanding of Copilot architecture, AI integrations, and security models
• Experience advising stakeholders on M365 governance and digital transformation
• Ability to work independently and communicate complex ideas clearly to non‑technical audiences
